We offer high-quality Electric Heating Reactors, Steam (Oil) Heating Reactors, and External Coil Heating Reactors, widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, and food processing industries. Made of premium stainless steel, our products feature corrosion resistance, efficient heating, and safe operation, meeting diverse industrial production needs.
The stainless steel reactors (electric, steam, and thermal oil heated) produced by our factory consist of a lid, body, jacket, agitator, shaft seal transmission device, and support structure. The reactor body and components that do not come into contact with the materials are made of acid-resistant stainless steel plates such as 0Cr18Ni9 (304), 0Cr18Ni10Ti (321), or 00Cr17Ni14Mo2 (316). The design, manufacturing, and inspection comply with the technical conditions and requirements of GB150-1998 "Steel Pressure Vessels."
Due to varying production processes and operating conditions among users, the jacket heating types are divided into electric heating rods, steam heating, and thermal oil circulation heating. The shaft seal devices are available as packing seals or mechanical seals. Agitator types include anchor, paddle, turbine, propeller, or frame styles. The number, size of openings, and other requirements can be customized and manufactured according to user specifications.

A reactor, broadly understood, is a stainless steel vessel designed for physical or chemical reactions. Through structural design and parameter configuration, it achieves the heating, evaporation, cooling, and low/high-speed mixing functions required by the process. Pressure requirements during the reaction process vary, affecting the vessel’s design. Manufacturing must strictly adhere to corresponding standards for processing, testing, and trial operation. Depending on production processes and operating conditions, the reactor’s structure and parameters differ, making it a non-standard container equipment.
Stainless steel reactors are widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemicals, rubber, pesticides, dyes, pharmaceuticals, and food, as well as in various scientific research projects. They are employed to complete processes such as hydrolysis, neutralization, crystallization, distillation, evaporation, storage, hydrogenation, alkylation, polymerization, condensation, heating, mixing, and constant-temperature reactions.
The reactor features a vertical cylindrical tank, which can be equipped with a honeycomb jacket, coil jacket, or full jacket for heating or cooling. Made of 316L or 304 stainless steel, the inner surface is polished to an electrolytic mirror finish or mechanically polished, while the outer surface uses a 304 fully welded insulation structure with a mirror or matte finish. All inlet/outlet ports and welds with the inner tank feature flanged arc transitions, ensuring smooth cleaning, no dead corners, and an attractive appearance.
The reactor comprises a body, lid, agitator, electric heating oil jacket pipe, support and transmission device, shaft seal device, and overflow tank, equipped with electric heating rods, temperature gauges, and pressure gauges. Due to varying user production processes and conditions, agitator types include anchor, paddle, turbine, propeller, or frame styles. Support bases are available as hanging or supporting types. The jacket contains thermal oil heated by electric rods, with openings for oil inlet/outlet, overflow measurement, venting, electric heating rods, and temperature measurement. The outer jacket wall is welded with supports, and a discharge port is provided at the bottom of the body.
Optional features include sterile air filters, thermometers (digital or dial), pH meters, spotlight sight glasses, sanitary manholes, inlet/outlet ports, CIP universal rotating cleaning balls, pressure gauges, sterile sampling valves, liquid level gauges, and liquid level control systems (load-bearing module, non-contact ultrasonic, or static pressure transmitter), customizable based on customer requirements.
Suitable for petroleum, chemical, rubber, pesticide, dye, pharmaceutical, and food industries, used to complete processes such as vulcanization, hydrogenation, alkylation, polymerization, and condensation.
